Colors in Nature
The Colors in Nature workshop sheds light on introducing the guides to the coloring of pottery vessels during the period of the Arabian Peninsula (200-300 AD).
The guides will learn the effects of the different colors of the soil and the minerals that they contain and how they were extracted from natural resources that were available in that period, such as plants and animals. They will then perform a scientific experiment to extract some colors from natural resources available in their environment and homes to create a fashionable Tie Dye T-shirt.
