Sharjah Contact Centres Forum
The third edition of the Sharjah Contact Centres Forum is being held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Sharjah Media Council. Organised by the Sharjah Contact Centre of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, this is the first of its kind forum in the Emirate of Sharjah and is being attended by the most eminent experts and leading consultants of the industry.
The forum aims at enhancing and developing the services of call centres, continuing research and making use of state -of- the-art technologies and their modern applications in the field of customer service.
